same problem but when I log on, it takes me back to the old panel, no move button, no option to create new subdomain, tried creating new domain from old cpanel but when I did it, and went to list, it had none. so back to square one (nothing). my old site was backed up, ready to move, but no new move button, someone should put on old cpanel a move button, tried clicking on move button on help site from a member team, but when I did click one it, it takes me back to old cpanel again. one person said had to create new account with new email months ago, but not sure if its true, or no one confirmed if there is a way using old cpanel, or another way. please help if you can, anyone, team employee member of 000webhost or any users. thanks
