In this area, you can manage the email accounts associated with your domain(s). Select the domain you wish to manage email for from the drop list at the top of this page.
Webmail allows you to check your email from a web browser as opposed to a desktop mail application such as Outlook Express or Thunderbird. This means that you can check your email from any web browser. Please make sure to log out when checking your email on public computers so that other people cannot read your email.
Inbuilt Spam Control
Spam Control is an automated internal email filtering system that attempts to identify spam messages based on the content of the email's headers and body on all our servers.
Forwarders allow you to send a copy of all mail from one email address to another. For example, if you have two different email accounts firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com, you could forward firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com so you do not need to check both accounts.
Email Auto Responders
You can use autoresponders to send a message back automatically to anyone who sends an email to a certain account. This can be useful for times when you are on vacation or unavailable, or if you have a generic message that you wish to send for a support email address.
MX Entry Maintenance
You can use the MX Entry Maintenance function to change where a domain's email is delivered to. This allows you to have the email from one domain delivered to another domain. Changing your MX entry will change the DNS MX record for your site.
Backups allow you to backup your entire website (your home directory, databases, etc.).
Disk Usage Viewer
The Cpanel Disk Usage Viewer allows you to see where the files are in your site that are taking up disk space. You can use the viewer to view all of the files in your site and find out how much space each file takes up.
Allows you to access your web site's files through a protocol called FTP. You will need a third party FTP program to access your files.
Password Protect Directories
This option will allow you to require a username and password to access a folder or folders from the web. This can be very useful when you need to limit access to a certain part of your site.
IP Deny Manager
This feature will allow you to block a range of IP addresses to prevent them from accessing your site. You can also enter a fully qualified domain name, and the IP Deny Manager will attempt to resolve it to an IP address for you.
HotLink protection prevents other websites from directly linking to files on your website. Other sites will still be able to link to any file type that you don't specify below (ie. html files).
Leech Protect allows you to prevent your users from giving out or publicly posting their password to a restricted area of your site. This feature will redirect (and suspend if selected) accounts which have been compromised to a url of your choice.

MySQL manager allows you to create / drop databases, add / remove users.
It is a popular open-source program that is used to manage MySQL databases.
The Image Manager allows you to view and modify images in your account. You can change the size of your images, convert their file type, or just view them with the Image Manager.
The Index Manager allows you to customize the way a directory will be viewed on the web. You can select between a default style, no indexes, or two types of indexing
Cron jobs allow you to automate certain commands or scripts on your site. You can set a command or script to run at a specific time every day, week, etc. For example, you could set a cron job to delete temporary files every week so that your disk space is not being used up by those files.
Allows a user to find out information about any domain, or to trace the route from the server your site is on to the computer you are accessing Cpanel from. Finding out information about a domain can be useful in making sure your DNS is set up properly as you will find out information about your IP address as well as your DNS.
