I can login to your website, but can’t login to file manager. I also could not log in with ftp. Password reset didn’t help.

It says wrong password. Is the login password the same as the one I use roof in to your site? Why have 2 that’s stupid!!! It should be the same as login. If not their needs to be password reset!!! I can’t even work on site. Very frustrating
you cant use 000webhost login password to login to login to your ftp
