Cant upload files through file manager of FTP

Hi,

I’ve spent the last 4 days trying to upload files via file manager and also FileZilla.

I’ve done everything from clearing cache and cookies, changing password and doing everything on Filezilla to try and conect. Filezilla gives me this error message-

Response: 220 ProFTPD Server (000webhost.com) [::ffff:153.92.11.11]
Command: USER aztec-warehouses
Response: 331 User aztec-warehouses OK. Password required
Command: PASS *************
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

My username is aztec-warehouses , can you please check your end if there is some kind of username issue?

Try changing your password once more to something easy but secure, then wait 10-15 minutes and try to access FTP or File Manager with the new password.
