What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
Basically, we want you to stay with us because you like our services, not because of an agreement. We do offer refunds in case of service interruptions caused by equipment failures on our end. The refunds are based on the amount of downtime.
What is your average uptime?
Our uptime is typically 100% on a 6 month period, and 99.99 on a 1 year period. Some years we have had 100% uptime. Basically, our networkdowntime is as minimal as you can realistically get.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We offer support 24/7. Typically urgent support requests are tended to immediately (within minutes of receiving a request). Phone as well as email. We offer programming and graphics design services, so we can help with programming, design, troubleshooting, modifications, etc... (Flash, html, ASP, PHP, MySQL, MS SQL, JS, etc...)
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
Let me know what you are interested in ordering and I can see if we can do anything on that. Sometimes we can waive fees and offer free upgrades. But it depends on what youre looking for, availability, and price.
What else can you tell about your company and services?
Well, we've been in business for around 7 years, and have been in the black since the the end of the first quarter that we started business. We're one a a handful of companies that offer Mac hosting, and have been for years. We are also very pro-customer. We will go out of our way to make sure you are happy. We dont have a lot of internal corporate red tape. And we are very honest in the way we do business. if you sign up, you will be assigned an account manager (probably me) who you can contact anytime with any issues, and he will follow up and take care of things for you. This person will then get to know you and your needs.
