    We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on our services. This does not include costs of transfering or registering of domain names. Only the hosting fees. We would fully refund you if you are not happy.
  • What is your average uptime?

  • What is your support response time and what does it cover?
    We normally have a 15 min response time during 8am and 12 midnight each day. We provide full support for the website however we can't assist in developing of a website if you are stuck we are more than happy to try and point you in the right direction however we are here to keep the servers online, we're not web developers. I hope you understand!
  • Do you have any coupons or discounts?

    We care about what we offer, we own all the hardware and even have an office onsite in the datacentre (which we move into on the 1st of Aug.
